I have grown to cherish fitness and health within the last two years. I used to be lethargic and not motivated at all. I used to go to the gym maybe twice a week and barely do anything at all. Don’t get me wrong, I WANTED to be like the others I saw around me. I WANTED to be more fit, but I didn’t have the right mindset. One day something changed. I knew that I needed to make a change. I knew that I couldn’t feel better without getting up and making it happen. I decided to do some research and start off slow. Today, I have learned so much and have come so far. I have SO much more confidence in the gym and I love pushing myself into challenges.
